Spooky Halloween

Hello friends,

Are you ready for a spooky season of halloween?? Here's a card I created using a fun stenciled background, which is also the main focal point of my card. This is the Jack-o-Lantern Faces Stencil from the latest Fall Release by Kat Scrappiness.

For my card today I chose to create my own background the Jack-o-Lantern Faces Stencil from the latest Fall Release by Kat Scrappiness. This is a fun 6 by 6 stencil with these fun, spooky and scary jack-o-lantern faces that creates a spooktacular background for you halloween projects. I ink blended on the stencil using a black pigment ink and added some sparkle embossing powder for some shine and texture on my background. Using the same black ink, I added some color on the edges of the card panel, just to give it a darker and spooky look.

I wanted to keep this as the main focus of my card, so I decided not to add any stamped or die cut images. instead I went with this BOO Word/Shadow Die by Kat Scrappiness.

To add some more spookiness to my card, I embellished my sentiment using 2 of these little ghosts.
