Gift Tags on Card Fronts.

Hello crafty friends,

Who said Tags are just for gift boxes. Here’s a card using a gift tag (well 2 tags) as the focal point of our card. I have a sweet Thank You card that I created for this challenge. Welcoming the spring with some bright and beautiful sunflowers.

For our card today, I wanted to do something different with my focal point. So keeping in mind the theme of the challenge which is to use Flowers on my project, I decided to use some floral patterned paper instead of a simple die cut floral image. To create my tags i have used the Bee Happy Patterned Paper by Paper Rose.

Using a tag die, I cut out 2 tags, one with the floral image and the second blue tag, where I stamped the "Thank You so very much" Sentiment which is part of the Bee Happy Stamp set by SSS. I used some gold twine on my tags.

To add some fun details and texture on my background, I used the Criss Cross Floral Embossing Folder by SSS. I wanted to add some color to my white embossed background, so i used the SSS Pawsitively Saturated Ink in the shade Sunbeam.

My cards are never complete with some bling. For a touch of shine, I used the Platinum Solid Round Confetti by Kat Scrappiness.

All of the products that are used in this project are part of the SSS September 2023 Card Kit.
