Create a Wreath for Thanksgiving

Hello crafty friends,

I have mentioned in my previous posts, Fall is my favorite season. I love looking at the leaves changing color, the cool breeze and let's not forget, it's time for some warm soup and hot cocoa. Also a season to be grateful for everything. Here's a card I created for Thanksgiving using products by Kat Scrappiness.

Even though I love creating my own backgrounds, the easiest way to do so is by using a beautiful patterned paper. This gorgeous yellow acorn design is from the Falling Leaves Paper Pad from the latest Fall Release by Kat Scrappiness.

For the focal point on my card, I die cut the Fall Wreath Die using some white cardstock and added fall theme colors to the wreath and the leaves.

For my sentiment, I wanted something for the center of my wreath. I love this long sentiment that says "Autumn, the year's last, loveliest smile" was just perfect!

I gold heat embossed both of these sentiments on black cardstock and fuzzy cut around it to stick them on my card front.
